The Coalition is privileged to help you make a tribute or memorial gift honoring someone you admire, respect, or want to remember in a meaningful way.

To make a gift in honor of, or in memory of someone special, we ask you to provide:
• The name of the person you wish to honor
• Contact information for the person you are honoring or a family member

We will send you a receipt to acknowledge your tax-deductible contribution, and send a letter to the family or honoree to inform them of your thoughtful gift. The amount of the gift is kept confidential.
