HOMES We support people in achieving and maintaining housing stability across the state of Colorado. Every night more than 4,500 households have safe, affordable homes because of the Coalition’s work. more HEALTH We respond to the health needs of people experiencing or at-risk of homelessness through innovative health care. Each year, more than 15,000 people receive health services through the Coalition. more HOPE We provide wrap-around services including vocational services, child care and recovery programs for people experiencing or at-risk of homelessness.
