Recovery at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is unlike any other programs in the state. Our unique model, used at both Fort Lyon Supportive Residential Supportive Community and Sage Ridge Supportive Residential Community combines transitional housing with peer support, educational, vocational, and employment services for Coloradans experiencing homelessness with a substance use disorder. Individuals arrive on campus dedicated to recovery, and are encouraged to stay for up to two years to resolve substance use issues with drugs or alcohol, and ultimately attain health stability and housing.
